Notes

Worked three str tog because the yarn I’m using isn’t as bulky as the design yarn.

Love to use the dinosaur bone sized needles.
Fun. I’ve used mine over 15 times.

Placed color changes so a tweed effect happens instead of striping.

Wanted more than 6” width.
Cast on 10 + 2 = 12
Extra two st are for sl st side edges.
These two stitches do not add much to the width, but make nice finished edges.

One could safely work 12 + 2 = 14 and not be disappointed. The fabric is very loose and narrows a bit when worn because of the weight and drape.

Buttons fit between regular stitches.
Will add buttons for scarf or double cowl option.
Made extra long for easy wrap around.
