Clarification:
One must work a dc cluster of 6 dc’s in one stitch.

Erratum # 1:
Instructions state to repeat () 9 times.
One works () 9x.
Or:
One works () once and then repeats () 8x.

Recommendation:
Blanket Panel A instructions state:
R 2: dc into the first stitch, (skip one st, 1 dc6tog, ch 1, skip 1 st, work 1 dc into the next st) 9x. 9 bobbles + 9 ch
Suggestion:
R 2: dc into the first st, (ch 1, skip one st, 6 dc bobble, ch 1, skip 1 st, work 1 dc into the next st) 9x. 9 bobbles + 18 ch
This makes a space to work into on the next sc row.
