Cast on as written, proceeded w pattern for 2-3 rows, then proceeded w yoke.
If you would like to have the swirls of the arms mirror one another, and both swirl dwnwd / twd the body, make L sleeve as written.
For the R sleeve, add 4 stitches at underarm area.
Go down one needle size, so it won’t be bigger.
And, voila!
