Improvised this project from Lion Brand kit photos. This pattern is only available with the kit for $80, comprised of two sk LB Jumbo Alpaca yarn ( merino/alpaca/nylon ) and pattern. Usually, Lion Brand patterns are free or available at a nominal cost.

Held Angel Hair yarn double, Thick & Quick Metallic single, sport wt she single and fingering triple. Using these yarns yields a beautiful scarf for a great deal less, ~ $15 - $20.

The scarf decr in width by ~ 1” and incr in length by 15” upon washing.

Tip:
When holding several str tog, work them from their indiv skeins vs winding them up into one big ball ahead of time.

CO 3. Work garter st, increasing 2 st per row, on RS to desired width. Design used ~ 7 st for main section. Worked garter stitch rows with 9 + 2 = 11 st. Two edge stitches for selvage. Slip 1st st pwise every row.
