This is a very sweet design.

Unique feature:
The arms are sewn in raglan style, then side seams are completed.
The legs are stitched along with the bottom seam.

Used a less bulky yarn and smaller needle than the design.
Wanted it a leeeeetle smaller than the designer’s.

The yarn is very luxurious. Most people use it for fine garments but I think a yarn animal is worthy of it as well.

Directions are written in a straightforward manner except that the stitch repeats are written out, one after the other.
Ex: pattern states:
Row 7 (WS): Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, K1, Inc1, P1.

Usually, this is written as:
R 7: (kfb, k1) 9x, kfb, p1. (30 st)

The photo tutorial is very good.
WS, RS is indicated every row. Not necessary, but maintains clarity.

One can work this design on regular straight needles.
There’s not so many stitches per piece to require circulars.
