All directions are in British Crochet Terminology.
(I converted the directions into US Terminology for myself.)

Teensy Erratum:
Body: R 21
Pattern states:
…continue in Denim, dec, 1, sc, 2 dec…
Correction:
…continue in Denim, dec, sc, 2 dec…
(in US terminology, those are sc decreases)

Recommendation:
Work r 23, 24, 25 of body with double str yarn, stitching tightly. Omit r 26 of body.
Make the clothes on the body before making the head.
The above steps strengthen the neck to support the head.

Head:
Work r 1 with traditional sc, vs BLO. Work chain stitches as written.
