11/9/11 update: I’m pretty peeved at the ugliness of the roundabout circles. Maybe it’s just the pre-blo
ck blues, but I know that it will have to be blocked to heck to have the integrity it deserves. Retrospect, I should have chosen a semisolid…but you know how certain colorways whisper lies to you. “Come to me. Knit me up. Sure, I’ll look good in lace as a variegated…” I’m wondering if the lace would look better as a worsted too…probably. Oh well.

Shawlette pattern that has been burning in my mind for a while now. I’m planning on knitting it up as a thankyou to a certain someone who has shown generosity to our family even though she’s an acquaintance. I hope she likes it, and that it’s her style.
