so nice and warm looking. will probably use some aran weight tweed, ‘sublime’ by sirdar. Have 7 x 50g in green colour 366, lot number 35849, and 3 x 50g terracotta colour 370, lot number 35853.
will do neck, hem and cuffs in terracotta and body in green.

18th Sept 2017 - have decided to start on this… here we go!!!

update 24th Sept 2017 - been slow on this project due to illness but have just split off the sleeves and starting on the rest of the torso. I have used 2 of the green 366 so far and am unsure of how far my green will go. Will proceed with the plain green body with terracotta 370 border on hem and button button band… may end up being creative with the terracotta in the knitting of the long sleeves…. wait and see…..

11th Oct 2017 - ok, have done the body and also selected my mismatched buttons and sew all 15 on. have used varients of green for the buttons.
Just have the sleeves to complete and as i only have 2.5 balls of green yarn, not sure if it will be enough. Planning to add bands of terracotta to the sleeves to stretch out the green. fingers crossed!

15th Oct 2017 - FINISHED!!!! very please with result. have yet to block it and also the photos are in very bad light, but very happy with it!
