This is totally gorgeous and in the lovely book by Kate Davies, called ‘Yokes’,

want to do it in a lovely dark rich blue, and havent yet decided on the beads, but probably either plain with silver core or beautiful pearly white (ceylon).

oh my these stitches are tiny……..

ok, its 19th March 2018. I picked this up after a 5 and a half month break. Have just buckled down and after eons of ss rows have embraced the beading and am now on the decreases part of the yoke. I decided on the clear beads with silver core and they look lovely. Should only be a few days now until finished. I am going to add some matching blue silk bias binding to the underside of the edges all around and on sleeve cuffs, plus fake silk ties for the fastening along with clear poppers.

finished knitting and blocking! 24th March…. just going to finish off some little bits and upload photos <3

photos finally taken, still need to do the fastening, but essentially all done! I enjoyed this knit very much!
