Doing this with size 6 black seed beads. I decided to just do one color of beads. because I like the look of that more.

4/8/15: Halfway through chart 2, on the row where there is the option to incorporate a second color of beads. I tried using some blue beads, but they just looked funny next to the black. If I make this shawl again, I think I will alternate colors of beads every diamond- maybe black and white, or something more subtle.
I LOVE the stitch definition of this yarn. It reminds me of Valley Yarns Charlemont, but not quite as splitty

4/10/15: On row 107, finally on my second ball of yarn

4/29/15: Just finished row 169, and it took me a full 35 minutes to knit across it, what with having to put on 82 beads, as well. I’m getting really low on skein number 3, so I’m really glad I have another skein of yarn
