This block pattern was a way to use up a mixed “bag” of similar yarns in different colors. I didn’t like the instructions for adding the crochet edge to the knitted block. It was nearly impossible to figure out the stitch count along the sides and the top and bottom. I changed the crochet to granny square. The squares were joined with a crab stitch. The prayer shawl was finished with a picot edging.
