I have finished off with short sleeves, in the end. I think I will wear it more this way, apparently I fear the texture+color combination… :) I am rather happy with how it came out.

July, 30 Swatched, I think I finally found a pattern that works. Cast on, did the first three color lines.
July, 31 only two color lines. We’re having a heatwave.
August, 2 I am thinking of frogging it. It just seams too crowded - neither the lace, nor the colors look to their fullest. The upper photo shows what I have this far.
August, 12 Finished!!! I can not believe I did it. We’ve been having the hottest weather I’ve ever experienced in my life, so knitting through that turned out to be the biggest challenge of all!
