this is my “Hobbit in Edinburgh” sweater! it’s called that because it is using yarn that i bought while visiting my dear friend in Edinburgh. it’s following the pattern of the #marseillesweater

it is held with 3 different yarns at once(stay with me here). one strand is from @gingertwiststudio in their Sweet Flax base in the color Factory Girls. it takes this gorgeous moody green throughout the sweater.

then, the day after I bought that yarn I acquired the other strand. it is the 2023 Hobbit Advent from @skeinandthestitch that I some how managed to snag this past June when she found an extra, thus why it’s named the Hobbit in Edinburgh! it’s an extra special sweater that I am so so so excited to be so close to finishing.

and lastly i have a strand of Isager Alpaca 1 to bring a tiny bit of white that’s in the collar through the whole sweater.
