This is a cardi for my colleague. Lithuanian linen held double. The cardi is rather large and long (length from shoulder to bottom ~80 cm).
It seems many people love eyelets. My colleague wanted something airy but not with too much ornament, I showed the photos of my daughter’s cardi and some shawls and scarves. She loved the idea and the stitch pattern was decided upon in no time.
