Instead of searching for my yarn to finish my other project, I was lazy and cast on for a new project with a ball of yarn that I had nearby.
I’m following the other knitter’s suggestion to start with 10 rows of ribbing for the body with smaller needle.

This is knitting up at exact gauge. I’m getting 2, sometimes 3, rows for each color change. If I was doing this in the round, that means there’s about 1 or 2 rounds per color change. In the future, I want to get some more of this yarn and use this as one of the yarns to do another sea foam tee pattern.

I got to the point where I’m supposed to start the keyhole, but I have too few stitches. I counted my caston and it appears I only did 113 stitchs, not 118 as needed so it’s 5 stitches small. I’m supposed to have 76 stitches to start the keyhole, but I only have 71.

Started the third skein 1/4 of the way up the back armscye.

Just finished the back. Casting on the sleeves to do the 6 rows of ribbing as suggested by the other knitter.

Finished left sleeve.

Started fourth skein halfway up the second sleeve. Finished the second sleeve today.
I need to block the pieces, sew together then start the neck button band.

All assembled and loose ends woven in. I’ve finished the neckline ribbing and button band. All that’s left is the button hole stitch reinforcement and the single crochet edging.
The sleeve are looser/wider than I’d like. I think I like the look of the sweater but I would remove 10 stitches out of the cast-on for the sleeves if I did it again.
