Notes

1/?/08--I am using Cascade 220 in a tweed. I love how it looks. I was attracted to the bag because of the photo on Knitty. I did not necessarily want sequins (or that price) so when I saw this tweed I had to give it a try.

I liked how it had little specks of color in it and hoped it would knit up looking like the photo. It did. I am using size 5 needles which gives it a nice tight sturdy feel.

1/31/08--just finished knitting this bag. I just wet it down and it is drying. I am really happy with how it turned out. I need to go thru my fabric stash and find a lining.

2/12/08-Just got around to taking photos. I dont know yet if I will line it. It is pretty sturdy as is.

Notes: I made both handles longer but made one about an inch shorter so it did not sag too much when wrapping over the other.
