Notes

This T-shirt pattern was very well written and easy to understand although I would strongly encourage finishing the neckline with the designer’s “Optional neckline finish”. Without that added finish, the back of the neck slouches excessively and cheapens the look of the shirt.
The only modifications I made to the pattern was to add two more increases to the sleeves before I separated them off in order to give me a bit more ease. I only did three of the textured stripes because I shortened the length of the body to 13” instead of the 15” as I’m only 5’ 2”. I also increased the sleeve length by an additional six rows before the purl row and bind off.
The yarn was quite coarse to work with but softened nicely with washing and blocking. While I was knitting it felt like a gunny sack!
The 3rd photo shows the edge finish recommended in the pattern (but the color of the yarn is way off).
