I made these from leftover yarn from socks I had made. I ran out 1/3 of the way through the second sock and used different yarn to finish the footie - it turned out fine.
I started making this pattern in the small size, as I wear a size 5 shoe, but the footie was too small. So I frogged it and remade it in the medium size - it’s a nice fit.
