Made both hats with much smaller needle size (4.5mm) than what was recommended for the yarns I used. This resulted in quite thicker and wider hats. Also I had to work less vertical repeats :)
The grey hat is worked with a 12ply wool on 120 sts and has a relaxed fit for a head circumference of cca 63cm. I made only 4 vertical repeats then I started the decreases.
The turquoise hat is worked holding 2 strands together (wool + mohair) on 108 sts and is for a head circumference of cca 58cm. Same as the grey one I made only 4 vertical repeats then the decreases.
Very happy with the final outcome and now they are both on their way to Sweden!
