I knit size 2 on a 3.75mm for both colorwork and body.

At a gauge of 24st and 31rounds in 10cm

My bust is 93 cm
And height 1.75cm

Modifications: I added a bit of length to body & sleeves.

Sleeve length from underarm 50cm
Body length from underarm 42cm

I used contrast CC1 for colorwork on sleeves and hem.
