Sample made for a brioche class where the knitters may choose from either of two projects. Both projects are worked with worsted weight (size 4) yarn.

1) trivet or potholder made with two colors of cotton yarn and size 4 needles.

2) scarf made with a yarn with a gradually striping color way and another solid, color contrasting yarn, using size 8 needles.
