I am returning to this pattern after ten years. The only modification I will make is to the edge of the button band. Last stitch of every row is knitted and the first one of every row is slipped. This makes a tidy edge that fits better the moss stitch button band.

I ran out of the dark green and continued with Schachenmayr Regia 4-ply colour 327 dark green. The last dark stripe in the body is mainly knit with this yarn.
