The first dog is finished. It is 42 cm long.
I used kitchener stitches closing the head. DPNs are best for these toys.

Time to start the second Strelka dog. Using Novita 7 Veljestä sockyarn and 3 mm needles.

02.12.2017

I still havn’t sown up the second Strelka but started to knit a new one. This one will be a small one. Using needles 2.5 mm. I found some very old white yarn called Reumalanka. It contains 50% alpacka and 50% wool. Nice and soft. As a pair I will use again Rowan’s wool cotton 4ply and in blue (487).

Now the second Strelka is done. This one is couple of cm’s longer than the first one. I love these toys. I hope my grandchildren will also like them.

Finally the third and propably tha last Strelka is now done. It is 37 cm long :)
