Later, Feb 18: I ended up finishing it a bit later the same day! Quick knit! Finished with yellow ribbon and wooden beads for the eyes. (Not kid-safe!) Very cute pattern.

The cherry fabric in the background is actually an apron I picked up at Daiso a couple of weeks ago.

18 Feb 2010: Well, I ended up not knitting it in bulky. It’s going to be a cute little dark chocolate-colored bunny out of worsted weight yarn. Needed a mindless project for knitting meetup, so I grabbed the yarn at Jo-Ann with 20 minutes left before the meetup. Easy pattern so far and a quick knit! The KFB in her pattern is not what I usually think of as a KFB, but just follow the instructions -- it’s exactly what she says it is.

I’ve knitted up to the end of the bunny’s neck so far.

2008: How can I not knit a chocolate bunny?! Maybe if I use bulky yarn I could make one that is pillow-sized. :)
