started & finished this over a vacation weekend. I did the legs with a provisional cast on and kitchener stitched the ends, rather than whip stitch. also made the head a little bit bigger. just have to add eyes now.

used a bit more of the twisted yarn I got, but the skeins look as big as when I first started!

took it to the beach for photos just before the baby shower. the baby shower was more than a little painful for me, but the octopus was very well received. it got passed around at the shower and then when we got back to Thanh’s she took it out again to show her sil, who missed it, and her hubby.
