This correction still doesn’t fix up the relevant line which should read:

Sizes S and L: Work 1 st, ssk, work 28(36) sts, k2tog, work 2 sts, ssk, work 28(36) sts, k2tog, work 1st - 64(80) sts remain.

I am not sure about the increasing for the bodice. As written the pattern tells you to increase 16 rows after you’ve worked even for 1 3/4 inches ending with a WS row,
but the increase method is for a right side row and 16 rows would be a wrong side row. Could the line be meant to be increase in next and following 16 rows which would be right side ? The schematic is no help because there is no depth measurement for bodice or skirt .

Think that I may have come to different conclusions about the shaping on either side of the dress given how I ended up with one side shorter than the other when I had finished shaping but once I had the length right the sewing up went OK. Sewed it up with the same yarn so I cut all the sequins off to avoid causing problems and used back stitch.

I would normally do a small but it was obviously going to be too small so I did the large size. My tension was tighter than given but i would not have wanted the fabric any looser. As a result even with the bigger size this is much clingier than I would have liked.
