Mary Ann of Three Waters Farm gifted me with this luscious skein of lovely lilacs and silver sparkle. I’ve been wanting to knit Annis for a long time and decided this yarn would look lovely. I had a hard time with the nupps cuz I didn’t have my preferred points in this size needle, but I love them and took my time. It’s a nice small size…could have made it larger or deeper actually, but love it as is. The yarn is a variegated tonal with just the right amount of watercolor effect to work with lace. In fact, I think it’s quite lovely. I really want to make this shawl in worsted weight cashmere blend.
