I’m posting Sandy’s original Calterne mitts on my page cuz the pattern on Knitty Deep Fall 2012 is a collaboration. Sandy took this awesome photo in Greece and I immediately wanted to knit some. Cuz Sandy is generous to a fault, when I asked if I could write up the pattern she said, “heck yeah!”. Couldn’t think of a better place to put it than on Knitty where everyone could see and enjoy it. The pattern for these originals in Sandyspeak (which any adventurous and websavvy knitter can translate) is on my blog.
