Perhaps it is because I have not crocheted much in English, but I found the instructions a little tricky; having said this once I got hold of them it was a joy to knit these gorgeous gloves. I had to add an extra row before joining for the thumb as the measurement seemed a little small (perhaps it was my misunderstanding). There was plenty of undoing and trying again but once you get the hold of these, they are a joy to make, very fast and a satisfying project. Ideal for an afternoon of knitting with your friends. I will be making this for all the girlies in my family. Thank you Maaike for the free pattern.
