I wanted to try a small Dangling Conversation and my mom wanted one as well. So I decided to use two skeins of New Vampire, one starting with the red end and the other the black.
The red one was started from the centre of the skein, while the black one was started from the outside of the skein.

1st colour change - red 32 stitches, black 40 stitches
2nd colour change - red 45 stitches (13), black 57 (17)
3rd colour change - red 58 stitches (13), black 69 (12)
4th colour change - red 68 stitches (10), black 78 (9)
5th colour change - red 77 stitches (9), black 87 (9)
6th colour change - red 87 stitches (10), black 94 (7)
7th colour change - red 95 stitches (8), black 100 (6)
8th colour change - red 103 stitches (8), black 105 (5)

Bind Off - red after 107 stitches, just under one yard left.
Bind Off - black after 108 stitches, just over one yard left.
