This is my first attempt at a naalbinding foundation chain. I’m not sure what to do next… but I’ll be working on this technique for now and see what I find.

Made my first couple of swatches of the Coptic stitch. My first attempt was horrible, my second ok (I made a coaster for my morning coffee with it by crocheting around the edge). I think I finally got the hang out of it by my third go. I decided to make my foundation with a crochet chain until I get the hang of it and that seemed to make it easier to get a consistent stitch size.
