Getting a last minute Christmas gift in for my sis-in-law. I love the colors in this yarn, but it’s myvfurst time using a striped collar way with this pattern…it’s busy, but I think I’m going to really like it, especially paired with a solid color top.

I decided to add two more rows of the cable knit for the extra length and an oversize fit (it’s so trendy right now). I blocked as usual, but this time, I steam blocked AFTER and really tried to flatten the fabric (without burning - those that try this, do NOT with acrylics, it’ll melt it). I also added an interior button to keep the inside of the scarf from slipping out, which I highly recommend and will be adding this note to my pattern.
