I loved this dress and hood pattern so much, I didn’t change anything about it, not even the yarn or colors. The dress turned out a little on the loose side, so next time I might use a US size 5 instead of size 6 needle for that, but the hood size was perfect.

There was one error in the written instructions for the heart lace pattern on the hood. The second to last row of lace was printed twice, so either note that or follow the chart instead.

I also made a pair of black booties following the original socks pattern for the doll, but I made them a little shorter, and added 4 rows of garter stitch on the top to look like a boot cuff, as well as few little hearts on the side.
