I finished my first linen stitch scarf this past weekend.I was so taken with it, I started another one right away. I think I am addicted to all the gorgeous KPPM colors, plus the soothing, easy repetition of the pattern. I am knitting it in the round, so I only do the knit side, the linen stitch side. I cast on 400 stitches, then I join the round, being careful not to twist my stitches as I join. From then on I just knit away the front side of the pattern to my hearts content!

I hope the people these are going to be Christmas gifts for will love the stitch and the colors as much as I do!

BTW, I already gifted this to my daughter for her birthday. She requested it be wider than my previous linen cowl, so it is.
