I am going to work on this while waiting on the supplies for the Rainbow dress to come in the mail. Maybe I’ll finish before then?

8/17/11 - Started knitting! My first project “in the round” and my first project on dpn. Thanks to the video from “Knitting tips by Judy,” the dpn are going better than I thought!

I cast on 60 instead of 56 because my gauge was a little tight. So far, the yarn is splitting way too much!

8/18/11 - this is going faster than I thought!

8/24/11 - Almost done!

8/26/11 - all done. The kindle fits nicely. Pics to come in the next few days.
