This is a frustrating one. LOVE the pattern and have worked it before. LOVE THE PATTERN!

But the yarn…
I used it once before …different pattern, different colorway…. and don’t remember it being so hard to work with. I don’t know if it was just this skein, but the yarn was super thin in sections and some really thick sections. Also, super slippery. I should have just cut one particular thick section out of the yarn, but I didn’t, thinking there would be more in the rest of the yarn and it would be consistent. But there was not and now that section sticks out in the finished piece. It was definitely not the yarn for this type of stitching. Probably should have abandoned the project.

While I like the colors as they appeared in the skein, I don’t really like how they manifested in the finished piece. I was expecting more of a marled gradient throughout instead of the solid sections.
