Oh wow! I cast this on the second it arrived, trying a new trick for me: before I cast on I fed the yarn thru one of the drawstrings of the bag. It was fantastic!

I used a longtail cast-on (took a few tries to get the right length but its my fave) and used Zimmerman’s sewn cast on to make sure it would have nice give.

I’m not sure it I did the twist right … I may have over twisted but I love it!

Pic stinks but its unblocked, taken with my phone. So fun! And a fantastic break from all the lace I’ve been doing this year :)
