725 Completed stockinette of lower body (knit to the 13in length of sz 8). Beginning smocking.

For my thin girl, did size six for width, eight for body length. I doubled the number of rows for the ruffle (could have even tripled it).
For sleeves I wanted cute short sleeves. I picked up as directed, switched to bigger needles, skipped the ribbing and then began stockinette section. I knit this for the length recommended in the size eight ribbing section, then finished with the k2tog row, 2 k rows and bound off.
