I cast this on to use up the last bit of my Pearl and my Primavera. I really wanted the edging to match the ribbing on my Campfire Mitts but I only had a wee bit o’ Pearl … so I redid it about six times. :|

Rib pattern.
Cast on 3 stitches using provisional cast on using Pearl yarn.
Knit in garter stitch 176 rows (88 ridges).
Graft to cast on row using three needle bind off
Pick up 88 stitches from garter ridges
Knit one row with Primavera yarn (I didn’t do this but it would look better).
Continue with pattern as directed.
