10-17-2022

I just bought this yarn at Indie Untangled 2022, and I can’t wait to cast on Niamh’s Christmas Sweater this year! It always takes me at least 2 tries to get the cast on right… so after winding the yarn, it’s the only step I pulled off tonight.

10-18-2022

Finished the 2x2 collar tonight. Just about to start the yoke increases and the colorwork.

10-20-2022

Finished the colorwork section of the yoke this afternoon and finished the entire yoke this evening. I then split the body and sleeves, so it’s pretty much straight stockinette from here in until I get to the colorwork at the cuffs! Maybe I’ll actually pull off the Christmas knitting on time this year! It helps that both kids chose dk weight patterns!
