25 sts & 45 rows to 4”

Unblocked Gauge Swatch on Size 6:
25 sts & 43 rows to 4”

Blocked Gauge Swatch on Size 6:
24 sts & 45 rows to 4”

Unblocked Gauge Swatch on Size 3:
30 sts & 48 rows to 4”

Blocked Gauge Swatch on Size 3:
29 sts & 48 rows to 4”

With my gauge on Size 4s, if I knit Size 3, it will come out the same size as Size 4 (the size I wanted to knit for my measurements).

I officially have to frog! I was coming out too small. After 3 gauge swatches, I’m back to using the needle size the pattern recommends and knitting one size smaller than I originally planned. According to my swatches, it will come out the right size!

OMG! I’m now getting exactly 26 sts to the inch on the Size 4 needles…I guess I’m doing my original size after all…

Gauge is so weird. I’ve knit one skein now and my current gauge is 31 sts and 45 rows to 4”.
