made this for kicking about on the farm this winter, extra long slim sleeves with thumb holes and elbow shaping, body shaping and the back of the body curves down, snug hood to have some protection from the harsh winter winds! The cut is very much like “SMALI” sweater, the yoke pattern is Hruni:)

main colour is undyed grey, colour in yoke pattern is from 3 different batches of hand dyed yarn with “litunarmosi”(icelandic) = Parmelia saxatilis (lat.), LICHEN! (engl.), Flechten (deutsch)!!!! collected in the icelandic wild nature:) I love this brown yarn for its colour but also for its SMELL, it has a herby sort of smell, reminding me of good tobacco which has been kept in a whiskey barrel. Apparently this smell stays with the yarn for many years!
