Grafting with knitting, fantastic help!
5/22 body sections done, tail is grafted together

6/1. Finished, added eye embroidery.

My torsos didn’t match up, off by like, 3-4 stitches. And somehow my nose didn’t match up well either to the chin.

But, overall a fun craft.
Will make the juvenile later this summer.

Baby Chameleon

I started the torso panels ages ago, completed the legs and assembly all in a couple weeks before the MFF convention 2019 Art Show;
Malabrigo Solis for the yarn colorway, craft wire and pipecleaner for leg construction, and doll eyes for the eye part (I constructed half of the eye cone, inserted the eye, and bound off for a neat eyelid effect.)

Looked super cute next to the adult model!
