This was a good adventure.

Adapting this guy from my prior sergal Loaf plush (Drago plush), I initially wanted to unravel all the tail yarn fringe, but later regretted it and reattached twisted yarn to replace the fringe pieces.

I got a custom eye from 6060 eyes with a dual color iris, turned out gorgeous.

The hair was fun to design, a lot of poof for the bangs, and a bit for the neck area.

Designing the color change wasn’t too bad; I did in-the-round stranded up to the hips, switched to intarsia knitting flat (using YOs and K2togs to connect, doing knit then purl rows), and back to stranded at the shoulders. Knitting the whole head in the solid blue this time, I knit a separate yellow triangle and seamed it on the nose section.

The eyebrows still aren’t quite triangular, but I got enough of a brow ridge to make this work. Something to focus on in the future.

Overall, this turned out to be wonderfully floppy. Gonna be a cute plush for my dear friend Julian.
