I started this vest last year then stored it away to go to UK for Christmas

Knitting a V neck vest, bottom up

I designed a large fair isle pattern, now upto the body.

Knitted 12” (28cm) before splitting for front and backs.

Shaped shoulders

The 100g balls are all very good weight = 110g

21st - Feb soaking and drying today

Before blocking
width 21”
length 12” under arms

After blocking
width 20”
length 15” under arms

I hung the vest on a wide shoulder coat hanger to get the extra length

I like the longer length better

The wool blocked lovely and soft.
