Love, love, love this pattern. I was able to make 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices, and 6 slices of bacon in under an hour.
My changes:
Lettuce: After row 4, I ss across the unfinished edge of the leaf.
Tomato: Used G hook for rnd 1 and used E hook for remaining rnds. Rnd 3- crocheted dc loosely and ch tightly. Rnd 4 - 5 dc in each ch4 space. Rnd 5 - ss around.
Bacon: Pulled 2 lengths of darker yarn as far as my arms will spread wide. Russian joined lighter color. After Rnd 2 ch1, turn. Using sc,hdc, and dc adding “hills” where desired in the first 1/4 of the rnd.
