I love this bread. It works up very quickly. I added a piece of heavy felt between the two parts of the bread before sewing together to add more stability. I also tried 3 different stitches for joining the 2 sides of the breads together, the mattress stitch, the whipstitch, and the backstitch. Both the mattress stitch and the whipstitch look good. The whipstitch gives a fluffier look to the crust and I will use that from now on.
