The wedges and peel were started with a magic circle and then continued in the round. It looks basically the same and is so much quicker.
For the rind part I had to add a row 17 in order to get 36 sc around the outside. At end of row 16 chain one and turn. Row 17: sc. Then start with: sc in the same stitch.
