I realized at 7:30pm Christmas Eve that I needed just … one … more … gift so I cast this on and finished at 3am Christmas morning (taking breaks for dinner and midnight mass). It is wrapped and under the tree before anyone else woke up, hooray!

CO 66, worked according to pattern except that on knit rounds I slipped stitches knitwise; on purl rounds I slipped purlwise. This resulted in my slipped stitches being twisted on the needle, so on round 3 I knit every slip stitch through the back loop. On decrease rounds I turned the sl st around on my needle before k2tog so the stitches weren’t twisted.

I started decreases at 7.25” and I’m glad I waited to decrease because it’s just the right length.

This used one entire skein of Biggo - when I finished the last round I had 9” of yarn left.

Notes on this yarn:
Biggo splits easily and there were two frayed/unsalvagable slubby spots in one skein - very annoying. I expect more from KP yarn. But it is SO SOFT, has great stitch definition, and is a dream to work with. Such a conundrum.
