The Universal Yarn is super soft and squishy, and the Be Sweet yarn is also very soft and adds just the right amount of sparkle. Together they are working up into a perfectly drapey fabric that looks and feels incredible. Not at all scratchy, not at all stiff, just really wearable and so beautiful!

I got about 1/3 of the way through the skein of Universal and there was a knot. One strand was pale yellow, one was dark reddish orange. What the hell?? I had to unwind a bunch of the skein to get back to the proper color change. SO ANNOYING.

Hat:

• Holding one strand of each color together, CO 76 using twisted German cast on, join
• Work 3” 2x2 rib
• knit all rounds until 7” long from cast on
• kitchener closed

It’s a little too long; I’m going to remake it, casting on fewer stitches and knitting to at least 8” (but 9” would be better).
